Up and coming star Elliott is back with us at Lyme breeze for one night only! Elliott trained with Chef Kevin at the tender age of 16 and has since gone on to cook at two Michelin Star restaurants in the UK before jetting off to the glitz, glam & sunshine of Australia where his career goes from strength to strength. Elliott has cooked for the renowned Chef Ferran Adria from the world famous el Bulli restaurant  and the judges of The Australian Masterchef, to name just a few
