Attending a Wedding
The numbers of people who are able to attend a wedding are currently restricted:
from 29 March 2021 - 6 attendees
from 12 March 2021 - 15 attendees
from 17 May 2021 - 30 attendees
from 21 June 2021 - Limit restricted subject to risk assessment and social distancing measures
from 19 July 2021 - No legal limit
These dates are not guaranteed and are the earliest dates on which the Government will eases restrictions.
This maximum number includes all those at the ceremony, including the couple, witnesses and guests (including children) but excludes anyone who is working such as Registrars, our staff, photographers etc.
Social distancing measures will be in place at all times. Please do not move seating or tables as these will have been set up to facilitate social distancing.
Please wash your hands regularly and use the hand sanitiser which is provided for you.
You will be asked to wear a mask or face covering (unless exempt) when inside the building at all times unless during a meal following the ceremony itself.
There may be restrictions in place which require us to close our bars and offer table service only. Please co-operate with instructions from our staff to make your stay safe and enjoyable.
Everyone attending a wedding will be asked to scan in using the NHS Test & Trace app or complete a track & trace form giving their name, address and contact details as well as identifying which group/bubble they are in.
