Road Map to Re-Opening
We will conduct viewings as Government guidance allows. We will contact all our customers with viewings already booked to re-arrange on a first come first served basis.

All viewings are strictly by appointment only and will be conducted to be Covid secure when allowed subject to prevailing Government guidance and best practice.
Viewings are held on Sundays and Wednesdays each week although other slots may be made available as we are experiencing very high demand. Our virtual tour is available here.
Viewings in person are scheduled on the hour and limited to 30 minutes to allow us to sanitise between appointments. Viewings are restricted to 2 adults from the same household (sorry, no children) until further notice.
Customer meetings will be held on our terrace under the canopy if raining. Please bring a coat if it's chilly! The sliding doors to the venue will be open and you will be allowed to enter unaccompanied following the one way system marked on the floor.
When attending for a viewing you must:
Arrive on time and no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Wait in the car-park until we come to invite you on to the terrace.
Confirm you have read and understood the Covid guidance on our website regarding viewings and bookings.
Wear masks or face coverings when inside the building unless exempt.
Complete the track & trace form with your details at the start of the meeting.
Use the hand sanitiser provided.
When inside please avoid touching surfaces or objects in the bar and function rooms.
We are unable to provide refreshments during viewings at the moment. You are however very welcome to bring bottled water, soft drinks or takeaway teas and coffees with you.

If you or anyone in your household or bubble have tested positive or have any Covid-19 symptoms you must contact us to re-arrange and must not attend your original appointment.
